Australian creator learning Member portal invite-only pilot

Privacy

Collect less. Protect what matters.

The public website does not accept self-registration or contact-form submissions. Email enquiries are handled through Google Workspace, and member records are created only for approved invitees.

Planned member information

For an invited member, the minimum portal record can include an email address, display name, membership role, access status and lesson progress. Kind Creators does not collect this information through a public application form.

Information we do not need

  • TikTok or other platform passwords.
  • Banking, payout or government identifier information.
  • Residential addresses or identity documents for ordinary learning access.
  • Private raw analytics exports or unnecessary sensitive wellbeing notes.

Access and deletion

Members will receive a clear route to request access, correction or deletion. Administrative access will be role-limited and reviewed. Retention and backup rules must pass testing before the pilot opens.

Service providers

Kind Creators uses Vercel for the website, Supabase for authentication and private portal records, Google Workspace for human business email and Resend for account messages. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
