Training material is general creator education. It does not guarantee followers, gifts, income, rankings, brand work, appeals, platform access or any specific result.

Member responsibilities

• Use the portal lawfully and respectfully.
• Protect login details and do not share member-only material without permission.
• Do not upload harmful, infringing or privacy-invasive content.
• Follow applicable platform rules and make your own account decisions.

Access

Access is for invited adults only. Each person must use their own account, keep it secure and provide accurate account and region information. Manager and agency-owner authority is personal, limited to the assigned scope and must not be shared. Access may be restricted or suspended for security, misuse, safety concerns, technical work or a material breach.

Intellectual property

Kind Creators training remains owned or licensed by its respective rights holder. Member contributions require a clear permission route before publication. Portal access does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

Directory and battle tools

Directory participation is optional and can be withdrawn. A profile link helps members visit a creator's TikTok profile but cannot follow an account automatically. Battle posters and other generated materials must be checked by the member before use; members remain responsible for permissions, dates, handles, platform rules and anything they publish.

Privacy and account closure

Use of the member system is subject to the current member privacy notice. Members may request correction or account closure through privacy@kindcreators.com.au. Closing an account removes access and active directory visibility, subject to the retention periods stated in that notice.
