Scaled LIVE Rewards: what the TikTok update means for creators.

TikTok describes Scaled LIVE rewards as an account-level rewards update for selected creators. It connects a creator's popularity, measured through Diamonds, with mission-based reward percentages. The important part is not memorising a headline number—it is checking whether the feature, missions and terms are actually shown on your own account.

The short version

TikTok's Creator Academy article says select creators can receive a rewards percentage made up of Per-LIVE Missions and Weekly Missions. The article gives an example ceiling of up to 53%—40% from Per-LIVE Missions and 13% from Weekly Missions—but that is not a universal rate or a promise for every account.

TikTok's article gives examples such as LIVE duration. Read the mission wording in the creator's own account rather than relying on a screenshot from another region or date.

Weekly Missions

The article also describes weekly mission contributions. The mission window, measurement and availability can change, so record what the account actually displays.

Why creators should be careful with payout claims

TikTok says regional variations are taken into account and that program numbers can be updated. A responsible guide can explain the system and show creators where to check, but it should not publish a universal dollar conversion, promise a reward percentage or suggest that joining a network unlocks a feature.

  • Do not use a third-party calculator as proof of what TikTok will pay your account.
  • Do not send a password, payment login or identity document to someone promising to activate rewards.
  • Keep tax, payment and withdrawal questions separate from a creator-network application decision.
