TikTok LIVE eligibility in Australia and the United States.
TikTok's Help Centre gives general LIVE requirements, but it also says availability can vary by region and account. Use this checklist to find the answer inside the account that will actually host the LIVE.
The general TikTok check
TikTok's current Help Centre says creators must be at least 18 to go LIVE and lists 1,000 followers as a general threshold that may vary across regions. LIVE and Gifts are not available everywhere. That is a starting point for checking—not a promise that every AU or US account will see the same options.
- Confirm the creator meets the current age requirement shown by TikTok.
- Open the + button, choose LIVE and read the account-specific prompts.
- Check the account's standing and any current feature restrictions before planning a public launch.

What a responsible application does not promise
A creator network or sub-agency can provide education, support and a clear next step. It should not ask for a TikTok password, claim to guarantee acceptance, or promise followers, Gifts, income or rankings. Keep the final feature decision inside TikTok and use the written terms for any separate agreement.
