How to upload Fan Club and Super Fan stickers on TikTok LIVE.

Fan Club and Super Fan are different layers

Start by identifying which feature your account actually has. A sticker pack can be attached to a particular LIVE community experience, but the name, access rules and menu shown to one creator may not appear for another.

Prepare the sticker set before you open TikTok

Good stickers are tiny, readable reactions—not miniature posters. Prepare the artwork and rights first, then let TikTok's upload panel determine the accepted file type, size and quantity.

• Use artwork you created or have written permission to use. Do not upload a creator's face, logo, music character or brand asset without the necessary rights.
• Design one clear idea per sticker: welcome, thanks, question, laugh, pause, kindness, level-up or celebration.
• Keep the main shape and expression legible at phone size. A transparent PNG is a useful practical starting point when the panel accepts it; follow the panel's current requirements rather than an old screenshot.
• Avoid claims that promise earnings or visibility, imply official TikTok status or require payment to remain in a community.
• Create a simple naming and version system, such as Kind Welcome v1 or Super Fan Thanks v1, so an update can be tracked and an old asset can be removed deliberately.

Find the creator sticker controls

TikTok moves LIVE tools between the mobile app, TikTok Studio and LIVE Center. Use the first route that your account shows; the labels below are signposts, not a promise that every account will have every item.

• Update TikTok and confirm that LIVE is available on the creator account. If the account cannot access LIVE or the relevant membership feature, the sticker controls may not appear.
• Open TikTok Studio or the LIVE Center from the creator tools area. Look for Fan Club, Super Fan, Community, Stickers, Emotes or a similar manage/setup control.
• Open the relevant feature and choose the option that adds, manages or unlocks stickers. If TikTok presents a staged setup, complete the required fan badge or community setup before looking for sticker upload.
• Use Add, Upload or Create, select the prepared artwork, preview it, give it a clear name and save or submit it for TikTok's review. Only the controls and review state shown by TikTok count as proof that it is live.
• If the control is missing, stop at discovery. Check the account's notifications, eligibility and TikTok support route instead of changing region, buying access or giving a third party your password.

Build two small sets instead of one confusing pack

A useful community set should help the room feel welcoming and easy to moderate. Keep the language inclusive and make the purpose obvious to a viewer who has just joined.

Test before you announce the stickers

An upload confirmation is not the same as a viewer-side result. Test the complete journey with a trusted viewer or a second account before you promise that a sticker is available.

• Confirm the sticker appears in the intended Fan Club or Super Fan control, not only in your private draft list.
• Check the sticker at phone size, on a dark and light chat background, and with accessibility in mind. Do not rely on colour alone to communicate its meaning.
• Verify who can see and use it, whether it is limited to LIVE, and whether TikTok displays any purchase or membership wording beside it.
• Remove or revise anything that could shame non-paying viewers, encourage unsafe spending or suggest that gifts guarantee a creator response.
• Record the upload date, feature name, region, asset filename and result. TikTok may change or pause a sticker feature without the old tutorial remaining accurate.

If the sticker is missing or rejected

Most failures are an eligibility, rollout, rights, file or moderation issue—not a reason to keep retrying blindly.

• No Fan Club or Super Fan menu: confirm LIVE access, account age/eligibility notices and whether the feature is available in your region.
• No sticker upload button: check TikTok Studio and LIVE Center, then use TikTok's in-app support. Do not assume a public DM sticker tool is the same as a LIVE community sticker tool.
• Upload rejected: simplify the artwork, remove third-party material, check the current panel requirements and submit once more only after the cause is clear.
• Sticker approved but not visible: verify the intended community, LIVE mode and viewer account, then read the feature status in TikTok rather than relying on an old screenshot.
• Never send a TikTok password, payment login, MFA code or identity document to someone offering to activate stickers or Super Fan access.
